Systematic Organisation Of Aviation Resource (SOAR) is a non-profit organisation established and managed by a group of aviation technical professionals.
Its primary goal is to organize and manage on-the-job training (OJT) for future aviation technical personnel, ensuring they meet the mandatory requirements for full qualification and employability in the aviation sector.
Providing Malaysian aviation technical personnel aid and assistance in the journey towards achieving full qualification and employment.
